RAM Foundation to Hilti Profis Export - Error / Not Logging In

I am using the RAM Foundation to Hilti Profis export/import feature. I followed all the steps on the Bentley and Hilti step-by-step guide but I am still getting an error (see attached). The error occurs once the export from RAM Foundation begins and does not allow me to login to my Hilti Profis account.

I have contacted Bentley and their response was to reach out to Hilti as this would be on your end.

Has this occurred before? What is the typical solution?

Thank you for reaching out. Our software team is aware of this issue and is currently working to resolve the issue. The current workaround for this issue is to use the "Import Factored Loads from Spreadsheet" option within the software. We apologize for the inconvenience.
