I am using the RAM Foundation to Hilti Profis export/import feature. I followed all the steps on the Bentley and Hilti step-by-step guide but I am still getting an error (see attached). The error occurs once the export from RAM Foundation begins and does not allow me to login to my Hilti Profis account.
I have contacted Bentley and their response was to reach out to Hilti as this would be on your end.
Has this occurred before? What is the typical solution?
