RAM Foundation Export of Loads

When trying to export the loads from a foundation to Profis, we get the following error after creating the load combinations and signing into the Profis software through the popup window. "Specified file 'B\AppData\Local\Bentley\RAMSS_to_Profis\\ProfisExport.json' does not exist!" Bentley seems to think this may be on your side.
