Radiant Heated Slab

Would the installation of radiant heat tubes negatively impact post-installed concrete anchor capacities? Specifically, in situations at edge of slab where the radiant heat tube would be within the concrete breakout cones.

Hi Michael,

Unfortunately, Hilti does not have any testing for our anchors installed into a radiant heated slab. The Engineer of Record for the project could use on-site testing or engineering judgement to account for variability in performance.
