Program Stall After Recent Update

I seem to be having a similar issues as other on this. When I try to access
older layout designs the software freezes up and will not allow me to
manipulate them. It is not my internet connection speed as I have a
 Download speed of 78.5Mpbs and an Upload of 62.8Mpbs. I did not have this
issue before the new Concrete to Concrete module was installed / update. What can I do,
or what is being done, to correct this issue?

Ashley, I am unable to download the *.pe file of the layouts with the issues due to the stalling and freezing. Is there another way of providing the information that you need?
