PROFIS shear lug design error?

It appears that the check to satisfy ACI318-19 section 17.11.1.1.8 (b) is using a value for c_sl from centerline of shear lug to the outermost anchor row when using multiple rows of anchors. Should this value be instead to the nearest row of anchors in tension per definition in chapter 2.2-notation?

Can you please resolve this? It shouldn't take a year to update one variable...

Eric, I don't think this issue has been resolved. I have another project that I'm wanting to add a shear lug and it looks like the same issue is happening that I pointed out to Hilti 8 months ago...

Hilti, could you please solve this issue? It seems to be a software error. Thanks
