Profis files are locked
some of the files that my colleague placed in a prject folder are locked. how do we get them unlocked

Ashley,
I am experiencing the same issue, it happened for the first time in the last few days and it does not appear at all linked to the single user floating license. I have verified I am the only active user.
A specific user has locked a specific design file. PROFIS as a software functions and works, but specific files are not accessible to me.
How do I unlock files?
