Profis - ASD vs LRFD

I'm trying to determine why LRFD anchorage in masonry fails in Masonry Edge Breakout when ASD passes easily.

Also, it is not clear what edge is failing, but no anchors are near any edges.

Please advise if there is a known issue with LRFD vs ASD related to Masonry Edge Breakout.
