Profis ASD design for screw anchors in front of CMU wall

I used the ASD design method to determine the capacity of a KWIK-HUS-EZ screw anchor in front of a grout-filled CMU wall. When comparing the tension capacity of the anchor determined by Profis to the allowable tension load of the same anchor taken from Table 30 of the Anchor Fastening Technical Guide Edition 22, it is consistently 20% less. Keep in mind that the anchor tension capacity determined by Profis was not reduced by spacing or edge distance factors. I did not see any note in the table of the document mentioned above to reduce the tabulated values by 20%. Can you please let me know if there is an additional safety factor that Profis is considering, and whether the table values are not valid anymore.
