Principal- Senior Stuctural Engineer

first time tryign to integrate RAM in with HIlti Profis. Getting the following error:

Hi William,

Thank you for reaching out. Our software team is aware of this issue and is currently working to resolve the issue. The current workaround for this issue is to use the "Import Factored Loads from Spreadsheet" option within the software. We apologize for the inconvenience.
