Post Installed Anchor Embedded to Wall

We have a situation wherein the wall was short and the post installed anchor was exposed. We are thinking of adding another row of CMU, with holes cut to allow the anchors to fit inside the CMU and then grout it full. Kindly confirm if the strength of the post installed anchor (HILTI KWIK HUS EZ) which will be cast in place is still the same or kindly advise how this will affect the strength of the anchor.

Unfortunately, Hilti does not have any testing for the KH-EZ anchor being installed as a cast-in place anchor. Engineering judgement or on-site testing could be considered to determine the variability of performance for the anchor.
