We need to post install 4x 3/4" anchor bolts to replace 4 anchor bolts that were damaged. I have read previous articles which stated that Hilti recommends staying 3-1/2" back from edge of concrete. Please confirm that this is still correct. We also need to confirm that the new anchor bolts are acceptable to be epoxied in within 1 1/2" of the damaged ones.

Please refer to the answer from this previous question here. As far as the edge distance concerns, it will depend on the type and size of anchor. The minimum edge distance requirements can be found in the technical information for whatever adhesive you choose.
