[PORFIS] Import Load combinations from STAAD.PRO and spread sheet

I have tried to import load combinations from STAAD.PRO to PROFIS ENGINEERING.
Hilti PROFIS Web Interface is also opened.
After running analysis in STAAD.Pro, the attached snapshot is shown on PORFIS and the load combinations are not able to be imported.
Of course, I selected nodes and load combinations as official training video shows.
Does this feature require any restrictions (type, number, etc.) or preferences?

Thank you for your comment. Of course, I have inquired local Hilti Customer Service, but they cannot support us because they don't have STAAD.Pro. So they recommend that we ask our question here in U.S. community, where they are more recognized and can respond quickly.

Hi Takashi,
For the load combinations to transfer, you need to have your STAAD.Pro application, the PROFIS Web Interface, and PROFIS Engineering open. You will then select the nodes to transfer in STAAD.Pro.
