Our team is looking to purchase putty pads and we need to confirm if you stock them. If so, could you please provide us with a cut sheet that specifically states the pads are plenum rated? Alternatively, a letter from Hilti confirming this would also work.
We require this documentation today so that the inspector can approve the product, allowing us to proceed with the installation immediately and avoid failing the inspection.

If you need to know availability of a firestop product, please call our customer service team at 1-800-879-8000 (US) or 1-800-363-4458 (Canada) for assistance. As for documentation on the CP 617 putty pads being plenum rated, the product data sheet (attached) does not make any mention of such rating. As such, we would need to reach out to the product manager to see if the putty pads can be used for your particular application.
