PDH for REB203 Webinar

I attended (virtually) the May 17th webinar RED203: Shear Friction Design for Post-Installed Reinforcement in Concrete Overlays and I never received a link to the quiz to obtain the PDH. How would I go about taking the quiz and earning the PDH?
I thought the webinar had a lot of great information and I was happy to attend it. Is there a way I can download a PDF of the webinar slides?
