1 What values can be obtained for PAF in brick masonry ?
2 What is minimum thickness of concrete required at the end of PAF
3. What is minimum spacing between PAF for full capacity
4. PAF in the shell of concrete block. Is there any reduction if PAF doesn’t get full length embedment. Assume the shell thickness is 1” and PAF is 11/4”

For assistance with fastener selection, please see pages 26-29 of Hilti’s Direct Fastening Technical Guide. Please note that Hilti does not have any PAFs that are suitable for going into brick; however, there is testing for PAFs into both hollow and grout-filled masonry. The installation specifications of the fastener will vary depending on the type of fastener selected.
