We typically call for Hilti X-U PAF at sill to concrete for non-bearing interior partitions (commercial). We include reference to ESR-2269. A plan checker recently noted that ESR requires calcs for interior non-structural walls (4.1.7.3).
Do you have another ESR that excludes the requirement for calcs for non-bearing partitions?

For attaching interior nonstructural walls to concrete, engineers often consider using the X-CP sill plate fastener. For more information, please reference ESR-2379.
