PAF attachment from thicker metal to thinner

I need to specify fasteners from existing joist top chords and 1/4" metal plate to an existing metal deck from below. Can you point me to powder actuated fasteners or low velocity fasteners that would work well in this situation?

Powder actuated fastener,PAF,low velocity fastener
