Opposing KWIK BOLT TZ2 Anchors

I'm using 1/2" Hilti KWIK BOLT T2Z anchors with 2" effective embedment in an 8" thick concrete wall. The anchors will be installed directly opposite each other on opposite faces of the wall. Does meeting the minimum anchor spacing requirements in ESR-4266 provide sufficient separation for this opposing-anchor configuration?
