We have a job at a hospital, where we can not access the other side of the wall and need to see if there is a one sided system for drywall that is not a shaft wall.

Many of our systems that utilize firestop blocks can be installed from one side. I have attached W-L-8095 as an example. However, if that system does not meet your needs, we can address your application through an Engineering Judgment, which will be a custom detail showing your exact application with the firestop components required to maintain the stated ratings.
