*See attached image. When comparing the drill diameter while drilling through baseplates (df1), to AISC 360 Table J3.3, it appears that every hole will fall into the oversized category. Do the oversized holes require weld washers to transfer shear? Has the anchor rod and epoxy system been tested for shear transfer with the oversized holes?

The diameter of the fixture hole, based upon a through-set or preset, can be found in the technical documentation for the specific adhesive anchor that you are installing. The technical document distinguishes where 2 washers are necessary for larger diameters when through-setting due to the additional stress on the washer when the anchor is in tension.
