The sleeve is embedded in a reinforced concrete column. I assume this proposed construction falls outside the limits of the standard adhesive specs due to the large rod diameter & placement in an oversized hole lined with a steel corrugated sleeve. The adhesive would also have to be a fast-cure product. Is there a Hilti adhesive available that would work for this situation? Please see attached sketch.

Hilti adhesive anchors do not have testing into corrugated sleeves. HIT-RE 500 V3 is a slow curing anchor, but the only current adhesive anchor with additional testing into oversized holes and large diameter anchor elements. HIT-HY 200 V3 is Hilti's ultimate fast-curing hybrid adhesive anchor.
Ultimately, all design decisions (including anchor selection) are at the discretion of the Engineer of Record (EOR) on the project.
