My designs from RISA Connection are not transferring to Hilti Profis like they used to? What has changed?

I used to be able to get RISA Connection designs over to Profis without any problems but it is not working currently.

Unfortunately, we have experienced some issues regarding integration of third party software with PROFIS Engineering. We currently have tickets submitted to get these resolved. Has there been any update on this. I believe I am seeing the same issue.

This is the answer I got:


Please try the steps below to import models from RISA connections:
1. Export RISA file to PROFIS Engineering, when you receive the message that the file has successfully been shared, navigate to PROFIS Engineering.
2. Once logged into PROFIS Engineering, click on the “Anchoring to Concrete” module to create a new design.
3. Once the new design is created, navigate back to the homepage by clicking on the “Home” button on the top left and the RISA prompt should show up now.
