3 story building, 100 year old , Tar roof with new rubber membrane, 2'' concrete with wire mesh deck, Steel C joist 24'' on center 14'' tall, Inside ceiling is wire mesh with concrete skim and drywall. There's a 10'' hole that has 8 pairs total 16 refrigerant lines and 8 control wires along with 8 electrical power supplies, There's a 36'' square curb 24 ga galvanized with top where the line sets and electric exit to the roof top units.
Looking for a 1 hr fire rating on sealing this penetration ceiling and roof .
