minimum spacing between an abandoned epoxied bolt and a new epoxied bolt
- a column was misplaced and needs to move 2 inches. can the existing epoxied 1 inch diameter bolts be cut at the surface of the concrete and new bolts drilled and epoxied 2 inches away from them and the full design value of the new bolts be used.
