Minimum Edge Distance to Anchor Plate

I am designing a baseplate in Hilti PROFIS. I am trying to use a 1 1/2" diameter heavy hex head anchor, and the program is telling me that the minimum edge distance is 2.3425". I am trying to determine where this number is coming from. This does not appear to align with ACI318 or AISC360. I have looked into the anchor plate factor, which is currently set at 1.5. However, this would mean that a 1 1/2" anchor would only want 2.25" of edge distance. Why is the program outputting 2.3425" min?
