As per ACI318-19 Section 17.9.2, the required minimum edge distance for adhesive anchor shall be 6 times the diameter of anchor.
for the case of M20 , we understand that it is 120mm;
however, we have case that the edge distance is at 75mm due to limited space;
I would just like to confirm if the minimum edge distance stated in the ACI should be strictly followed?
or is there a way to check the capacity of the anchor considering the actual edge distance (thus, ignoring the minimum edge distance)?

The minimum edge distance requirements for the anchor that you are designing can be found in the technical data for that anchor. Hilti's Anchor Fastening Product Technical Guide contains the technical information for the anchors in Hilti's portfolio.
