which mechanical anchor is more suitable for TOP attachment to concrete steel deck. I plan to attach 4x8 wood plate to concrete steel deck. Concrete deck is existing and may have a thickness of topping around 2 or 2.5 inches.
I tried to use profis software to play around but the "TOP" option of steel deck cannot be chosen. In advance appreciate your help.

The "top" anchor position feature is functioning properly in PROFIS Engineering. Please ensure you are using the Premium (paid) version of PROFIS Engineering. Unfortunately, there are no anchors in Hilti's portfolio that can be used with a minimum concrete fill of 2 in. However, when selecting a concrete fill of 2.5 in. , the following anchors become available (see below):
- KB-TZ2
- KH-EZ
- KH-EZ-P
- KH-EZ-C
Please note that changing the anchor size and embedment depth may limit the number of available anchors for your specific embedment depth.
