Maximum hole size for drill and epoxy anchor rods
What is the maximum diameter hole size that can be utilized for the installation of a 3/4" diameter anchor rod using the HY 200 adhesive? Are there any reduction factors for using oversized holes?

Hi Charlie,
Per Table 38 from page 57 of the Anchor Product Technical Guide, a 3/4" threaded rod with Hilti's HIT-HY 200 V3 adhesive requires a 7/8" hole into the concrete. Please note that Hilti does not have test data for oversized holes with HIT-HY 200 V3.
