Maximum diameter for the Post Installed 1 1/4 HIT-RE 500V3 adhesive with HAS threaded rod

We are currently working on an anchor rod repair where the existing 1 1/2" anchor rod, installed in a 1 5/8" diameter hole, is offset by a couple of inches. The contractor has requested a post-installed anchor rod solution, and we are proposing to use a HAS threaded rod with Hilti HIT-RE 500 V3 adhesive.
According to the North American Product Technical Guide, Volume 2: Anchor Fastening, Edition 22, Section 3.2.3, Table 24, the maximum diameter of the threaded rod that could be used is 1 1/4" dia.
Could you please confirm whether we could use a larger threaded rod than 1 1/4" with HIT-RE 500 V3 adhesives?
