Max base plate hole size for KWIK HUS-EZ anchors
The ESR details the minimum baseplate clearance hole diameters for the different anchor diameters. What is the maximum clearance hole diameter for a 3/8" diameter Kwik HUS-EZ anchor?

Hi Rich,
There are no tolerance limits for the fixture hole diameter. Hilti provides the minimum fixture hole diameter required, this information can be found in Section 3.3.6 of Hilti’s Anchor Fastening Product Technical Guide. However, the hole can be larger, but it will be up to the design engineer to verify the shear bearing area.
