LRFD vs ASD load values
I understand that the standard load input values are LRFD, is there an option for ASD load values?

Hi Gary,
PROFIS Engineering uses LRFD as the design method for anchoring to concrete; ASD design is not available as a separate design option in the software. Within the Anchoring-to-Concrete module, you can choose the applicable ACI 318 edition, but the internal design format remains LRFD-based.
If you must ultimately report ASD forces or check against ASD-based criteria, this must be done outside PROFIS Engineering (e.g., by converting between LRFD and ASD on the basis of your governing code and load combinations).
