Looking for anchoring systems for hollow CMU block, behind a brick veneer
Need to anchor a pipe bracket into a brick veneer wall with CMU behind it. Not sure if the CMU block is core filled or hollow

Hi Craig,
Hilti does not have any testing or available data for fastening through a system of multiple base materials such as fastening through a brick veneer into CMU. Please see page 4 of the Anchor Product Technical Guide for all available anchors that are suitable for anchoring into either brick or hollow/grout-filled CMU.
