loading away from edge
Hi,
I have a ledge angle that is anchored to the top of a concrete curb. The edge distance for the anchors are 4" from edge; however, my loading is always downwards, and never upwards towards the edge. My question is can I turn off load reversal for shear in Profis for my condition?

Hi George,
Currently, only a shear load in the x-direction and the y-direction is able to be applied to the ledger angle design within PROFIS Engineering. If you have further questions, please reach out to hnatechnicalservices@hilti.com.
