Our company has one floating premium license split between about five users. We mostly need the standard version but when a user opens the software the premium license is automatically pulled. How can we prevent someone from automatically pulling the premium version. Is there a way to prevent this or a manual way of switching to the standard version? Also, is there a way to know who has the premium license pulled? On several occasions, a user doesn't even realize they are holding the premium version, or they forgot to logout and our unintentionally holding the license hostage.

With a floating license, the first person on the license to log in will automatically be given the premium seat. There is no way to relinquish the license unless the user completely logs out of PROFIS Engineering. Additionally, there is not a way to see which user is currently assigned the premium seat unless the person using the premium seat checks for a specific premium feature to verify the license they are currently using.
