Hi Keith,
The anchor length corresponds to the entire length of the anchor (from the bottom of the mandrel to the top of the dog point). For more information on thread length, etc. you can reference the tables at the end of the Hilti Technical Information for the KB-TZ2 here. Tables 52-54 have ordering information with these dimensions.
