Large diameter (1.5" and 1.75" diameter) cast-in-place anchors with an approximately 24" embedment were installed in the wrong locations. Can Hilti provide technical documentation or design information regarding the use of HIT-HY 200 V3 and/or HIT-RE 500 V3 for large diameter anchors (1.5" and 1.75" diameter)? Hilti PROFIS only allows up to 1.25" diameter anchors for use with these epoxies.

Hilti has performed limited additional testing with HIT-RE 500 V3 and large diameter elements. Please see this technical bulletin here for more information. Hilti has not performed testing with HIT-HY 200 V3 adhesive and threaded rods larger than 1-1/4" in diameter.
