Hi Jeff,
Thank you for reaching out. Per Footnote 1 of Table 2 of the Large Diameter Element document, the values shown are interpolated linearly based on data for testing up to 80mm diameter threaded rod. The decision to interpolate further would be a judgement made by the Engineer of Record on the project.
