KB-TZ2 torque post grouting
The contractor is installing rails for anchoring of shelving and has drilled the holes and put in the anchors, however, wants to grout (for leveling) first then proceed to tighten/torque the anchors.
This is their standard practice.
Please refer to picture attached.
To my knowledge this is not proper installation per ESR-4266, however it is not specific.
I need to know if this is an acceptable method?

The KB-TZ2 can be used for standoff conditions with grouting. For more information on installation procedure, please email hnatechnicalservices@hilti.com.
