KB-TZ2 Installation Torque value for 5/8"

Can we confirm that the installation torque value for a carbon steel 5/8" KB-TZ2 is 40 ft-lb ? Looking at the technical document, the installation torque for the 1/2" has a greater value than the 5/8". Seems unintuitive.
