KB TZ2 Availability for Seismic Loads

I have frequently found that when I select Seismic Load Combinations, KB TZ2 anchors are not available as a selectable design option, even with very small utilization. It appears the KB TZ2 anchors are approved for seismic applications, so I, and several others, are very puzzled why these anchors are not an available option. I have attached a test file that illustrates the problem.
