I've completed 3 different PDH courses, passed the quizzes but have only received 1 of the certificates.

I've completed 3 different PDH courses, passed the quizzes but have only received 1 of the certificates. I've spent over 5 hours listening to courses and then completing the quizzes only to not receive the certificates.
