Is there a size chart available for TE-CX, TE-YX, TE-CD, and TE-YD drill bits?

We have had some issues with fitting Hilti bits through pilot hole in our base plates, and would like to know the maximum diameter of the bits vs nominal size, to make sure our plates are produced with the proper diameter tolerances to prevent interferences that require attention on-site.
