Is Hilti CP 606 Firestop acrylic sealant water tight?
Is Hilti CP 606 Firestop acrylic sealant water tight? Please see attached picture. But latest product data sheet indicates that CP 606 Firestop acrylic sealant is water tight. Is there W-Rated firestop sealants available?

Hi Yuan, W rating is part of a UL listed system and would need to be come from that. To my knowledge there is no UL Listed systems that would allow CP 606 to achieve a W rating as of today. This may change in the future with more testing.
