Is Hilti CP-506 Rated for Exterior Use

Is Hilti CP-506 Rated for Exterior Use? I need to seal an exterior pipe penetration for sound. Can this product be used in this application. It is not fire rated. Can I apply an acrylic based spray sealant over it if needed?
