I have been asked to price an expansion joint and cover plate assembly at a project in 2 locations, each roughly 10 LF. The joint is at the ceiling. I am a firestopping contractor and the party who reached out has asked for pricing and if I could have my company install something like this. After looking at the specs and attachment Ive included, it seems its possibly more than what I am used to and possibly above our expertise. None of the manufacturer products even list a firestop product im familiar with. Does anyone have experience with this?
