interface with Staad not working

I installed Hilti profis web interface 2.0.10 and using webbased hilti profis engineering but the interface is not working

Hi Rajeev,
 
In order to resolve the issue, please removed the PROFIS Web Interface you currently have installed and reinstall the PROFIS Web Interface from Hilti’s website. The link to download can be found here. If this does not resolve the issue, please reach out to hnatechnicalservices@hilti.com.
