Can you please provide a detail on how to properly fire rate insulated (example 65mm thickness) System 15 PVC, with metal sleeve through concrete and gypsum

In Canada plastic pipe penetrations are required to be tested with a 50 Pa pressure in the furnace which makes plastic pipes a much bigger challenge when it comes to fire resistance ratings.
We have no testing that would allow for us to address System 15 XFR-PVC with insulation through a gypsum wall or a concrete wall with this 50 Pa rating. The insulation will need to be completely removed from the pipe through the opening in the wall assembly and the firestopping materials that are installed to address the pipe.
I have attached the cUL listing CAJ-2053 which shows how we can address the system 15 XFR-PVC pipe without the insulation. If you would like this same detail in a gypsum wall assembly you will need to submit for an engineering judgement requested through the Hilti Construction Platform (Instructions for signing up below).
