Installation torque on HAS anchors converted to tension in anchor

Do you have an approximate conversion of how much tension is applied to an HAS anchor installed with HIT-HY 200 v3 adhesive given the Installation torque per Table 38 of the Anchor Fastening Technical Guide? Client would like to use a DTI type washer to ensure install torque.
