I am doing a connection design at steel beam conditions.
But I have an issue that there's a 3" of concrete in the middle.
I need to find min 5" long of steel screw which can hold the steel beam through the concrete.
Could you please help me to find the correct anchor for this condition if you have?

Unfortunately, Hilti's screw portfolio doesn't cover anything that would work for this application. The top metal and concrete would have to be predrilled all the way through since Hilti doesn't have a self-drilling screw that could drill through concrete or that thick of material. However, the longest screw Hilti has is 4" since they were designed for metal to metal connections with minimal spacing in between.
