Hi Mark,
A company project is shared through the cloud with everyone on the PROFIS Engineering premium license automatically. It would thus pop up on the home page of everyone using the PROFIS premium license. To be added to the company project, the user must be added to the premium license by contacting the admin and having them add the additional user to the license.
